• Please upload your music to our site 48 hours in advance of competition or give it to the announcer when you reach the venue. Please make sure your CD or Tape is CLEARLY marked with your school code and performance number. This is very important. Please put only one song per CD or Tape.

What should you do if I don’t see your name listed in the Order of Performance that is on display?

• First, check with your school director. It is possible, that there was an oversight. Please bring the problem to a talent awards staff member). The entry will be verified based on the Registration Form. Problems will be resolved as quickly as possible.

• For the security of our contestants, NO VIDEO TAPING, is allowed in the venue. At most locations each routine will be taped by our professional videographer and each performance can be ordered at the video station. Only you or your teacher can order the tape of your performance. Action Photos will also be available.

• We have scheduled the show to avoid almost all performing time conflicts. If you think you may have one, check with the stage manager.

• Everyone is expected to perform in the order published. If you have a specific scheduling conflict, please discuss it with the stage manager, otherwise you need to be ready to perform at your time in order not to cause scheduling problems for others!

• Line up for your dance only about 2-3 numbers ahead to avoid crowding in the wings.

• All Modeling contestants will complete a modeling commentary. Commentaries may include any highlights of your accomplishments, fashion commentary or hobbies and ambitions. Modeling Commentary Forms are available at the All American Talent Awards Sales Area. Please give commentary to MC prior to the start of the modeling competition.

• Please don’t sit in or block aisles.

• Please be respectful to the dressing areas and theatre. Don’t litter.

• No food or drinks are permitted in Dressing Areas, Ballrooms or Theatre. These areas are to be kept clean & organized at all times. Dressing Rooms are to be shared by all contestants. Anyone found not complying with these regulations will be removed from the area & the event. • During group awards, the entire group is welcome to come on stage, but select only one person to accept the award and to go back to the awards table to collect the awards. This person needs to know the number of people in your group.

• Judges Talent, Modeling Critiques and photogenic entries will be returned to School Directors AFTER all of your studio performances are completed. If you are an Independent participant or School Director and are unable to pick up your school’s package, it will be mailed to you, as we are not able to honor requests for you to obtain your Scoresheets, prior to the completion of performances.
